How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least one week in advance for regular maintenance. For urgent issues, we often have same-week availability depending on your location.
Do you service all appliance brands?
Yes, our technicians are trained to maintain appliances from all major manufacturers including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Bosch, Maytag, and many others.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfer. Payment is collected after service completion. Annual Care Plan members are billed at signup.
Is there a warranty on your work?
All maintenance services include a 90-day guarantee. If any component we serviced fails within that period, we return to address the issue at no additional charge.
